This is a great, little, family-run, hotel. It's not the Ritz, but it is very comfortable, affordable, and the location is great. I love it because it's near the theatres, Soho, and transportation in and out fro the airport. The staff is very nice and accommodating. There's breakfast everyday and coffee ALL day. I hate to share this with you because I want it to be available when I need a room. LOL. But, I also want them to have a constant full house.

The hotel is in a really convenient location (a few minutes' walk to the British Museum, good food, etc). Very convenient for transportation (short walk to the Elizabeth Line which takes you to the airport, Paddington, etc). The staff is extremely helpful. They give you the traditional neighborhood feel where people know each other and help each other. Down side: very simple and small room with very basic amenities (many London hotels are like this, I came to know). Overall, a very basic place but a great experience.

Nice room, plenty of space and comfy beds. Staff very friendly. A bit of a climb to the third floor but only a problem because I had a cold at the time! Missed the hot breakfast as had to get the train but staff were so helpful in getting us something to eat. Would stay again
