Good room and price for a great location. Bathroom was a little small, so can be difficult to move around in but it wasn’t a massive problem. We only found 2 plugs which normally wouldn’t be an issue but it was so hot we needed them for the air conditioning unit and fan.

It was one of the hottest weekend in London, whilst the hotel supplied a fan it still didn’t cool the room down. We hardly slept and the shower wasn’t great either.

Hotel is in a great location; convenient to walk to the tube, and easy to walk into town as well. Room and toilet were small, but very clean. Downsides were there's no AC. only a standing fan (which takes up valuable floor space), so in summer it was uncomfortably hot and I wasn't able to sleep. I put food in the fridge, but somehow ants got into the fridge overnight so had to throw the opened food away. I would stay here again but not summer, and I wouldn't use the fridge.

Great place to stay

The room may be small but it was lovely and clean and tidy, with tea & coffee nothing more was needed. The staff were great and really friendly, the breakfast was fabulous, we will definitely return there. Location was brilliant.

I booked this hotel as it was close to harley Street which is where I was attending. The room cost nearly £200 but was no bigger than a child's box bedroom. Room was downstairs 502...had 2 small single beds, which were very small. Due to the very hot weather u requested a fan before arriving and this wasn't in the room I had to go and make another request. The room was very warm and the window would not stay open. There were wall plugs fitted upside down, slots of repair work to the bath with had a shower fitted over it, the taps at the bathroom sink were fitted incorrectly, hot was cold n cold was hot. Extremely over priced and would most definitely not recommend to anyone for what it was... The room size was so small and hot... If there was a premier hotel near by or cheaper hotel we would have used that...but in the malabon/regents area they are charging extortionate prices for a run down hotel
