Our stay at Raffles London at the OWO was truly the experience of a lifetime! From the moment we entered the property, we were treated like royalty. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond expectations! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and the location was perfect. Our room was luxurious and we felt very pampered. The spa area is exquisite and the staff there are so friendly and pampering! This hotel is truly a gem and one of the very best hotel experiences we have had. We hope to return in the future!

Everything is ALWAYS amazing and wonderful everytime we stay here. The staff is warm and courteous. They know their guests by name and call them by it EVERYTIME they encounter them without prompts or computers. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with every amenity imaginable. Overall the room did not meet our expectations. The room lacked a wauw effect. The amenities (slippers, toothbrush, comb etc.) did not match the general standard nor the pricepoint of the room. The bathrobes seemed in bad condition and washed too hard. Upon checkout we were presented with a discretionary service charge (in other words a tip for the staff). We have never experienced this before and to be honest it puts the guest in an akward and uncomfortable position. The pool area was exceptional, however the staff forgot to bring our coffee order. Although we ordered two similar coffees, one coffee was cold and mild and the other hot and strong. The amount of coffee in the cups was also not the same. We had dinner in The Drawing room, which is beautiful and cosy. The live music gave the atmosphere a boost too. Although the staff were very nice and friendly the service seemed a bit unorganized. We had the prawn cocktails as starters. The prawns were too chewy and the dish needed more salad to balance out the amount of dressing and prawns. The ass.manager Matthew was indeed friendly and very serviceminded. The venison dish was great as were the sides. Overall the staff is veey good!

Exceptional hotel with a great history. The difference between this hotel and other 5* hotels is the staff. They were all pleasant and helpful and really made you feel comfortable in your surroundings. The staff really are what makes this a great hotel.
