Check in was smooth, The single room was good for one night for one person, the hotel is clean but has only one elevator and the staff were taking out garbage while guests are in it. That would be my only feedback.

Katerina and her colleague in the front desk were very attentive and took care of our needs. Moved us to another room when we weren’t happy and looked after us in reception by ordering a taxi when needed. Breakfast was catered to our needs when informed we needed gluten free and vegan options although they needed prior notification to make provision which was easily done.

The room was really noisy all night. There was a loud vent outside the room which produced a noise inside the room which sounded like a washing machine on a spin cycle all night long. It was very disturbing and we didn't get any sleep. We complained to reception at 3am and 3.30am, but they couldn't change our room due to being fully booked. We spoke to the manager the next morning who was very helpful and empathetic.

Was given a room on the 4th floor which had no Heating Room was very cold due to a draft coming in through the ac window Was then moved rooms and told it was an upgrade however the second room was on the ground floor and was smaller - used the toilet to flush and then water wouldnt stop running all night. Worst sleep ever

We had rooms 3 rooms booked unfortunately we made a mistake and booked one for the incorrect year. There was no help at all . Yes it was our mistake but it was made worse and we were able to get a better hotel for much much less than the raddsion offered so we won’t be returning

Check-in was fine and the location was very good however the hotel is very tired, limited amenities. The room was of a good size albeit it overlooked scaffolding next door so difficult to keep the blinds down and the bathroom was very small.
