I cannot say enough Good things about this hotel! The staff is very nice and hotel. I loved the location. It was convenient to walk around to get on the tube. It was difficult at peak hours to get a taxi but we ended up talk to the next corner to pick up. The staff was so personable and kind. They helped with recommendations and were genuinely interested in our day and plans. The room, even though to me small was still good. Bed was comfortable bathroom was clean and great shower pressure. When I go back to London I will definitely stay here again

First time to London and had this hotel recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there. Location was amazing… so many cute shops, restaurants and theaters all within walking distance. It was easy to get to all the tourist attractions via the local buses and tube stations. Hotel room was comfortable and clean and the staff was lovely. Pratik and George in particular were so friendly and helpful. The premium room was worth it for the extra space, especially for a week long stay. There is a lot of foot traffic outside but it was quiet at a reasonable hour but if you’re early to bed or sensitive to outside noise, maybe request a higher floor. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent experience!

Great location. Easy to get to the Underground and to all of the historic sites you want to see. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very busy in the Seven Dials so don’t forget to make a dinner reservation.
