A return stay to this property did not disappoint! We stayed a few days in May and again for a few days in June. Staff was very helpful and professional. Great location for things we wanted to see and do this trip. Room was comfortable - just right for us. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner/lounge also. Would recommend!

Staff were extremely kind and courteous. Room was spotless, well-stocked, chic, and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. This hotel is very close to the Underground, super convenient for getting on the Elizabeth line to Heathrow (terminals 2 & 3) without any transfers. Very glad we stayed here, and would do so again without a doubt.

This hotel is in a great location. They are the seven dials which has a ton of restaurants, stores, and things to do. It’s very bustling, but also convenient. The rooms are renovated and very nice. The bathroom was a little small, but honestly that’s to be expected in a city hotel in Europe. We’ve stayed here several times and would stay here again. It’s a great choice in London.

Had a wonderful night stay, excellent location for the theatre district & surrounding areas. Helpful & friendly staff - thanks to Ed the concierge for his welcome. The hotel is well located and the staff are very professional and helpful. Our “premium”room (701) was cozy but comfortable for two people with good light and a nice view — and recently refurbished. While the bathroom barely fit one person, the room was a good value given current London prices. We enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit to London.
