After a mix-up with our reservation at check-in, the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our room was lovely, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was attentive.The location of the hotel was ideal.

Upon arrival of check-in we were advised the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't stay the night so we had to get transferred to another Radisson Hotel in Marble Arch, stay there for 1 night only and then come back to the bond street hotel as for the remainder of our stay - this wasn't ideal after lots of travelling. I understand these things happen but was highly frustrating neither hotels could've kept us in 1 place for the whole stay. They did comp us free breakfast as a sorry however still a lot of messing around was endured.

This is a hidden gem. The location is great and the hotel is rather small, very homy and nice. Great breakfast. The room was rather small but very comfortable.

The hotel is going through a refurbishment and the airconditioning isn't working. You are told at the time of check-in, and can request a fan. We did have a fan, and it was no use at all, so it was boiling hot all afternoon and evening. There was hair and a spot of blood on the sheet, so we had to get that changed. The best thing about the stay was the lady on reception during check in - so was lovely and very friendly.

Booked an upgrade as was working some of the time. Really surprised the room had no desk given how spacious it was. Room was cold as AC unable to heat adequately. The corridors were warmer. Despite not getting a room overlooking Oxford Street there was a lot of noise on the Friday night. Obviously this is countered by the hotel’s excellent location but should be a consideration. Frustrating the lifts had issues all weekend with staff having to help you use them.

Our one-night stay was highly disappointing. The AC was not working, making the room uncomfortable. The bathroom tub was leaking with no proper drainage, and one of us couldn’t take a shower before an important meeting. On top of that, wet towels were left on the floor by housekeeping — very unprofessional and unhygienic. When we reported these issues, the staff was unfriendly and offered no assistance. For the price and expectations, this was an unacceptable experience.

This hotel is under renovation. The new rooms are beautiful, however only 2 of the 8 floors are complete. My collegue arrived early and discovered the central air in the old rooms is off and only a portable air conditioner available. He had to pay to upgrade us to the new rooms (floor 7 and 8). The hotel emailed me several times before my arrival and never once indicated they were under renovation. The noise from the rennovation is minimal so dont be deterred, Just try and get a rennovated room. The staff is very friendly and the location is excellent,

Disappointing experience.

We had booked a stay a number of weeks before to be told on our arrival no room was available and the hotel was fully booked. Due to a computer error our booking hadn’t been registered apparently. We were transferred to the Marble Arch Radisson, this had no working lifts, we were promised a room on a lower floor but were given the top floor. Overall a disappointing experience with Radisson.
