Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Very frankly, the location is wonderful specially if u travel by Eurostar. Room is a bit small but still ok. The only thing that I criticize is no refrigerator !

The room is good and the location perfect. A few more healthy options at breakfast would perhaps be welcome. The biggest problems were the room temperature - the aircon settings were restricted so the room could not be cooled down - and the ridiculously thick, synthetic bedding. Such a shame as if those hadn’t been issues, it would have been a five star review.

The Pullman is in a former office block on the Euston Road. It's in a good location for connections to the three major train stations in the area. It's also close to the British Library and the British Museum. There are plenty of connections by Underground from Kings Cross/St Pancras station nearby.The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint is about loud noise/music in the late afternoon/early evening from somewhere nearby outside the hotel. The hotel's claim to be puzzled by this wasn't really convincing as it seems like a regular occurence. I was there early in the week and I suspect that this would be a more serious problem at the weekend. I didn't eat or drink at the hotel but the whole reception/bar/dining room area looks a mess with some sort of jungle themed decor. There didn't seem to be anywhere to have a quiet drink or meal.
