The convenience of location, affordability of a safe, comfortable room, and being so close to Hyde Park and other great locations, with a walkable distance to Paddington Station. I would definitely do this again and have a longer stay/ layover in London.

Its great it had a gym and steam room and sauna which you have to pay on top of the accommodation.$15 pound im only giving it a 3 star because I didnt realise it was student accommodation not a normal hotel however the staff was great and accommodation adequate but very clean.

Just a heads up, this is a college/dorm that converts itself to a hotel in the summer. I wish I had known that before I booked here. It smells in the hallways and rooms are very very small/basic. Staff was friendly and it was in a good and safe neighborhood.

The room was clean and reasonably cool in the heatwave. Staff were helpful. We had a room adapted for disabled guests and the alarm sounded, it was fixed in about an hour. Breakfast is very good, it's a ten minute walk away.

Location, Location, Location. Close to Hyde Park which is what we were there for, but it is no frills and IS student accommodation. So in essence super cheap for its location but super expensive for a student dorm with no aircon.

These are Student Halls rented out as hotel rooms outside of term time, but are a great location close to the Royal Albert Hall. Rooms are basic but then so is the price.

Location is fabulous - so close to all the museums and Royal Albert Hall. You are staying in uni halls, although clean they are basic. Don’t forget to ask for a hairdryer if you need one!!!!!

The staff were amazing! So helpful with directions and using the tube. Even took the time to write down the directions for us. 24 hour front desk. Very quiet. Fans were provided in the room Luggage storage is available.

This was booked as hotel, it was actually student accommodation. Single room was basically a room for 2 with a divining board /dedk making it a room to be shared by students. Not ideal for a gu. Weekend away. The amenities onsite were closed. Basically a dormitory!!!
