I get putting people in room 5 but then the receptionist needs to ensure that the noise from the reception and corridor is moderated. A lot of chat and a beeping noise, maybe a phone, pretty much all night. This coupled with the door opening and closing and the chat from visitors who fail to realise they are walking directly past people’s bedrooms - I get the latter is the guests and not the hotel but the receptionist could remind people. A really poor nights sleep

During Check in when the receptionist told me that I’m in the basement room! I can’t remember what I requested but I picked executive studio They just said checked and can’t change any room because it’s all set in computer

The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. It was serviced every day which was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was easy access to bus routes and the tube. The only downside was the flight of stairs. We would stay agsn.

Excellent location for short stay: quick arrival from Heathrow & short walk from Earl’s Court station and its thoroughly gentrified neighborhood. Staff is helpful and responsive. The room we were moved to (on request) was well equipped with new washer, dishwasher, fridge. Unfortunately this is not the establishment we remembered on 2 previous stays. Upkeep is uneven: the first room we were given was horrendous. Dirty, torn curtains, crud on all the plumbing. This should NOT have been rented out. The staff was accommodating in moving us to another family studio when it became available. Still showing age but was fine. Still, fluorescent ‘soap’ and ‘shampoo’ (dish soap?!) is not acceptable at a place of such web self-presentation.

This was just what we were looking for. The hotel was close to Earl's court tube station in a nice neighborhood and had plenty of shops close by to pick up something for dinner. Although some of the cabinets and the floor were rather worn, the room was clean and it spacious by UK standards and had all of the amenities that we were looking for, kitchenette, washer, and a decent size closet for our clothes. The hotel and surrounding area were quiet, so we were able to get a good night's sleep after spending the day sightseeing. My one recommendation would be that they install a grab bar by the tub. The side of the tub was a bit high and there wasn't anywhere to easily grab hold of getting in and out. The glass door swings both ways, so you have to be careful walking onto the wet tub floor. They do provide a rubber mat for the tub, but it doesn't go the full length of the tub. We would stay here again.

We stayed here with three people. Location was great. Rooms were clean. Minor issue with shower (shower head broken), otherwise the rooms was good. I would stay again.

images of apartments are nothing like the actual state of of the 2 units I was offered. Went up to the 1st flat and was dissatisfied with the ripped sofa, peeling walls, furniture, moludy smell, etc 2nd a couple of hours later was an 'upgrade' 1. There was a crawling insect in the kitchen which is on the video 2. The sofa this time around had a big hole on the at, stains and blotches all over 3. Black mould patches in the bathroom bad for my allergies 4. Peeling wood all over LEFT AFTER 2ND ONE AND BOOKED ELSEWHERE. LOST 6 DAYS PAID FOR. DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURES POSTED!!!
