It has a good location and rooms are comfortable to sleep. But I think the hotel should add bill boy service even with small charges to help the guest. I personally have had a great help from Chinue from the front desk with everything. She made life easy for my family.

Great location with two train stations to London, lots of restaurants. The Premier Inn has a good breakfast/dinner bar too. Well kept and safe location.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden, wie zum Beispiel der Kartenhalter für den Strom an der Tür oder Armaturen. Das Frühstück können wir leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Eher fettig, keine frischen Pfannkuchen und Aufschnitt fehlt komplett, obwohl es ein Continental Breakfast sein sollte
