Whilst the location is very convenient and clean inside, I was given an accessible room and the AC kept shutting off during the night which made the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the room only had one towel upon check-in so had to ask (I booked the room and stated that there would be 2 people in the room). Recommend that rooms are checked to ensure there’s enough towels, appreciate there’s a reason for the AC to be fixed but it’s not convenient for customers who require the room to be a bit cooler. Lastly, I’d also recommend to clean the front of the hotel near the stairs which had rubbish and a bunch of dead leaves there for the two days I was there. I’ve stayed at other Premier Inn hotels and generally I’m pleased and enjoyed my stay. However, whilst this stay wasn’t ideal, it’s minor issues so the location convenience, inside cleanliness and nice staff may change my mind to book in the future if location is key.

It was fine, it’s crazy how little you get for your money in London but maybe that’s the norm. The air was sooo stagnant and their cost cutting around toiletries and towels is very evident. The best part by far was the location. The check in the was unnecessarily difficult.

The property exceeded my expectations. It had modern features, conveniently location next to Paddington Station and is clean. Luggage storage was a bonus. Brekky is reasonably priced. Bathroom spacious and has a separate. Shower. TV, good wifi with coffee/tea facilities. Nice comfy bed and pillows.

Location, location, location! Great spot, easy access to train and underground. Lots of places to eat nearby, including their restaurant. Plus happy hour every night (limited drinks) but still a nice venue for relaxing and conversation.

Stayed for four nights while visiting London. The hotel and rooms themselves were quite basic. Definitely the sort of place just to shower and sleep. But if that’s all you need then you’ll be more than happy here. The location is excellent, right across the road from Paddington station which enables excellent access to London’s phenomenal underground network.

Good location, not much else.

For a relatively new hotel, it was not a pleasant stay. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Could not find our booking, card reader continued to fail throughout the stay, no iron in room, no servicing and beds didn’t seem made properly when we finally checked in. Airconditioning also kept switching off randomly. Only good thing was the location.

I was the only person in room so left one tea bag, I asked for 2 more they said if I want to have 3 bags go down to desk for them had to do it for 4 nights. The breakfast was good, but being one person I leave some on the table as I went for more toast or tea and come back and my half eaten breakfast was gone. That food I would have finished instead I had to go get more food it was frustrating diffeeent people each day did it any way. Clean tables but food wasted beacause of it
