Great location! Staff were all very friendly. Just one thing that could be improved would be the water pressure in the shower. Anyone with long hair might find it less than satisfactory. Otherwise great place to stay, especially with the direct connection to Heathrow.

Perfect location for everywhere in London. 3 main lines just step ahead. As we have 2 kids , it is perfect stay in family room. Very quiet and comfortable room. Kids eat free at breakfast is a good option. Definetely stay again.
