Nice clean place, had a few staff issue but that was sorted. Nice large room clean area. Had trouble with restaurant done stairs not taking out westpac cards demanding cash it happened twice. I was so pissed, I wouldn't go back and the food was nice :-) we traveled around the world with the same cards, defo tax job.

Pleasant and convenient hotel for our stay of a family of 4 last month. Just a 5 min walk to Paddington Station, there aren't many bells and whistles, but it does the job. One issue is that they send out towels and linens to be washed, and the delivery for the whole hotel didn't come in one day, so we had to use hand towels for our showers. Small blip that the staff were apologetic about and it was out of their control, but still a nuisance.

Great staff and accommodations met our needs. Location was 7 min walk to Paddington station. We were caught off guard the first night when we realized that the area was closed off after a certain hour around the hotel which required we go a long way around. The area near the hospital was a little suspect after hours. Overall, would highly recommend this location.

Nice hotel - Not easy to find

Terrible location to find at first. Google maps took me all over the place trying to find the hotel. This hotel needs to contact Google and tell them to map it properly. Hotel itself was nice.

Sikander (manager at the reception) is a true blessing . He helps you like there wasn’t any issue to begin with. The overall trip was made so much easier by him, Kainat and Ayesha. These people and the overall systems of Premier inn as a chain helped make our stay truly memorable comfortable and refreshing. Scarved Bengali lady at the breakfast was also a gem.

Pros; Close to underground and bus stops Safe area Was recommended for family Con: Dirty Asked for the room to be cleaned multiple times over 3 consecutive days. At one point- front desk staff came to clean and give us fresh towels at 10pm at night after a long day. No phone to call front desk. Front desk staff didn’t have name tags so? I was asked to describe who I spoke to previously, as no message was placed on the system. Breakfast was limited. When asked if the ac was operational I was told what temperature it was set on. Instead of checking to ensure there was no issue with it functioning. Third bed provided was so hard- difficult to sleep on.

We felt the property was over priced for the quality of the hotel. Few day before we stayed in another hotel near Victoria station that was way better and the price difference was minimal.

This property is fine for one night before you need to head to Heathrow as it's right by Paddington, but two nights is too long if you're on a leisure trip. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. One even went out of her way to find my friend's lost reading glasses! But just bear in mind this hotel is VERY basic. If you need an extra towel, an iron, anything - you will have to physically go down to the front desk to get it yourself. There is zero ambiance. The area surrounding feels more like an office park. In fact, there was a cool coffee shop we were going to visit but it was closed on Saturday - probably because it catered to the office workers. The hotel bar and restaurant is adequate but basic. You will have no sense at all that you are in London. No vibes. So again - fine for a one night before departure. Any longer than that and you may be wishing you'd made a different choice.

Great place to stay - breakfast downstairs was really great. They did not have a fridge or access to ice, but graciously let us store refridgerated medication in the office fridge. Very close to Edgmore station (and Paddington which has every line).

The people at the hotel, especially Afifa, was extremely kind and professional. Greeting me in the morning every day of my 5 night stay. The room, which does not have a safe or fridge, was very clean and comfortable. There is no hair conditioner, just FYI. I did not care for the continental breakfast, it was crowded and messy. But if you eat a full breakfast, it seems like an excellent deal. The hotel is literally steps from the Paddington Station, it is very convenient. My only quibble is that the hotel had the worst Internet service I have ever experienced at a hotel. What makes this worse is that you can pay for better internet if you pay an extra 5 pounds a day. It is an office area, so there's no way decent internet is not available, but companies have to squeeze every cent out of people. That's all that is keeping my review from being 5 stars. If you have work to do you will pull your hair out because of the Internet.

The property is clean, very comfortable beds and a nice sized room. Within 7 minutes walk of paddington station. Within 5 minutes walk of food options. I felt safe in the area and would stay here again.
