The area had lots of unhoused individuals, males in the area made females feel uncomfortable. We would not leave the hotel after dark. This location is close to a hospital, ambulance sirens can be heard regularly 24/7

Negatives: very weak wifi ( even for opening webpages and email-took a long time), out of 5 lifts, only 2 were running, breakfast - limited amount of food which wasn't replaced, no toilet paper - small wipes instead. Positives: helpful and polite staff, clean, easy access to transportation, many options for dining.

Staff very pleasant, breakfast great in modern clean restaurant. Nice hotel, well maintained but you can tell it's well used. Cannot fault it for its price, great value for money!

Room had a good view. Air conditioning was great and was a must as the elevator lobby was quite hot. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day with lots of selection. Staff was good and we liked that they would leave your room alone unless requested for room service.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. We were 2 adults and 2 kids 15 and 12 years. Although it was a bit tight with the for of us for the week, we were so busy in London it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was great and everyone was happy. I recommend a few more hooks in the bathroom/room as there wasn't many places to hang towels etc.
