Clean room. Great breakfast, friendly staff. The tub is very tall and quite dangerous to get in and out of for well mobile people- keep in mind when booking a normal suite if low mobility. There was a generator sound you could hear non stop from our room on the 5th floor- almost sounded like bass of music but constant.

I didn’t have the breakfast, but the pubs nearby were nice. Staff is friendly, the hotel is a little outdated. Also the AC decides when it is going to work, I didn’t spend too much time in my room so it was fine. Would stay again!

No frills Hotel

I had selected this Hotel due to its location near the Big Bus stop, Metro, and the Tower. However, even at it's expense, there was no fridge, no safe, no amenities, no frills at all. We stayed one night and transferred to a different hotel nearby since it was more of a budget hotel, despite the price we were paying. However, staff was great and nice.

Las señoritas de la recepción fueron groseras a la hora de hacer check in, uno de los integrantes de mi familia le habló en español por accidente y fueron muy despotas burlándose de nosotros. De ahí en más la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, tienes estaciones de tren a 8 minutos caminando y de autobús a 5 minutos. También las habitaciones muy limpias y el desayuno está muy bien.

The hotel is conveniently located by the Tower of London and by many trains and buses. The breakfast is included, which is convenient, as well. Water is available by the entrance, and staff are happy to assist you if you want to use the tables to eat your own food, even to heat it up. There is low water pressure from the shower, though. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner.
