Mess on the bathroom floor was never cleaned up despite daily room service. No toilet paper in the toilets by the breakfast lounge at 9.00am. Had to ask for some ro be added.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s officially a 3-star hotel, but it’s better than some 4-star ones I’ve stayed in. It just got the basics right. Clean, well lighted (none of that moody, ultra dim rooms) and the inclusive breakfast is handy. The location is great, near Angel station, well connected by bus and lots of eating options around. I do wish that it has an in-house laundry, but not many hotels in London has that anyway.
