You'll love the light drenched rooms with high ceilings, a spacious lounge with full height windows overlooking a quiet tree lined road. An open plan kitchen with a dining area overlooks a small courtyard garden. The four spacious bedrooms have luxurious beds dressed with crisp linens and super comfortable pillows.

Our home has 4 double bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and comfy beds. The house also has 2.5 bathrooms (this includes, 2 showers, 1 bathtub, and total of 3 toilets)

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. There is a street level entrance door. Please do not use the barbecue.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.

* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.

* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Our listing warmly welcomes guests for stays of over 21 nights, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
