The room was great!!!! However we were given a $10 coupon for food because we opted not to have our room cleaned everyday. But it was very difficult to use. They didn’t explain all the restrictions. So, we saved it to use for breakfast our last morning there. They said no. We had room service and asked if they could give us back $10. Nope again. All they could offer us was a bottle of wine. We were traveling that day and we don’t drink wine. So, moral of the story, get your room cleaned instead of an elusive $10. By the way, on the card itself it just said we couldn’t use it for alcohol.

Stayed at the park plaza last night fantastic hotel room was spotless.Breakfast was lovely with alot of selection and the staff were very helpful and polite.I needed to change my room to a room with balcony i dealt with a lady at the desk priyanka and nothing was a problem for her and changed our room straight away she was great with us and we didnt have to lift a finger thank you again will definitely be returning

Their clean initiative of having the maid come ever 3 days was really great since we didn't need them everyday. In return the hotel gave us vouchers for food and bottles of wine. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. I felt very safe in the hotel because to access the floors with rooms you required your key card for the elevator. Overall, a very clean, modern hotel in the middle of London.

Check in staff were great. Lovely room, however would have preferred a non adjoining room, as it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was good, beans were a little cold. Check out was very swift, handed over room keys and that was it, I was surprised not to have asked how was our stay! I thought that would be the most courteous thing to ask! Overall Good
