I did not book breakfast but asked if I could have just a croissant and a drink at around 7 am as I had to leave soon after for an appointment. They said it was just breakfast and would charge the standard £19. Also there was only one teaspoon for two mugs in the room( my partner and me as guests) I asked for a second one and was told I would have to pay £5! The bath plug “leaked” so the bath would not hold water during my bath.

Check in was the only criticism I have, we downloaded the App for digital check in to arrive and the app wasn’t working. Apparently you need to be connected to the hotel wifi for it to work. Location was great, the rooms were ok, expected a view of the river but only a view of other rooms! Bed very comfortable!

Stayed for 2 nights. Couldn’t fault anything at all with the hotel. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival, directed us straight to check in (in which we managed to check in earlier than 3pm, which was good). The rooms are very spacious, decor is brilliant and the control panels for lights, curtains and A/C is brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Too many things went wrong with our stay. 1. Even though we had prechecked in, our room was not ready at 10:30 at night when we arrived. 2. There was a false fire alarm at 1:30 in the morning. The hotel can't be blamed for that. 3. But they can be blamed for the non-existent communication regarding the false alarm. I heard from another guest it was a false alarm, as they were coming back to their room. But with me calling 8 or 10 times to the front desk or 24 hour room service, not a single person answered the phone to confirm it was a false alarm. 4. The next day we asked to change rooms, which the staff helped us with. But the room they moved us to had no heater. Only blowing cold air all night. The first tech said he fixed it. But it continued to blow cold air. Later called again, and a different tech said it was fixed, but after a few minutes was blowing cold air again. So they got us a portable space heater. That helped. 5. It's a mixed bag. Not good for a supposed luxury hotel.

usually enjoy our stays in the park plaza hotels across London but this weekend had a couple of disappointments. The room was cold and the zircon seemed to be faulty as it could not heat up the room. We did report this to the hotel reception however only being there for 2 nights it didn't get fixed. We were also in a room above the restaurant with the noise of tables and chairs etc being moved all night. These are only small issues it won't put us off returning but it could o been a better stay.

Room was lovely but 2 things were booked for 3 and nothing was set up as a 3 and all the shower accoutrements were empty. Apart from that great stay, staff were great, gym was good, decor was lovely, bathroom was beautiful
