Lisbeth and Ansar made the most positive impression during our stay at Park Plaza County Hall London. They were kind, courteous, and helpful. LisBeth had a calming and welcoming effect as our first point of contact, following the long, overnight flight from Philadelphia, PA, USA. Learning that my family could check-in to our rooms early was a relief and ensured we could rest before beginning our long-anticipated ventures throughout London; LisBeth provided thoughtful assistance throughout our stay. Whenever we returned to Park Plaza from our daily activities, it was comforting to see LisBeth's friendly face and warm wave; it felt like we were returning home! Ansar was congenial and we thoroughly enjoyed our pleasant conversation with him; he shared practical knowledge to aid us in our adventures. We were grateful to participate in the Ecological Programme and credit housekeeping for their care with keeping our rooms pleasant. Additionally (and I wish I knew the names of the individuals deserving of this shoutout), my son became lightheaded, near faint one day after exercising in the hotel gym; he had not eaten before going but felt that eating asap would relieve the ill feeling. Staff at the Breakfast Buffet and a hotel Manager were quick to assist and we are eternally grateful for their help. We give Park Plaza County Hall London a 5-star rating, highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to returning if we are fortunate to travel to London.
