Friendly and helpful check in. Upgrade to our twin room so we had a mezzanine floor with a kitchen area. Nice amenities, everything we needed. Hotel was nice and quiet but in a great location only a short walk from Paddington Station. Would recommend and stay again.

The breakfast was very good and the attendants were helpful. The front desk let us keep our luggage there until the afternoon when it was time to leave While the room did have air conditioning, it did not really cool the room off much unfortunately.

Our room was clean, cool, and just barely big enough for two small people--the trouble is that I'm 6'5" tall and 200 lbs. The bed was so narrow that I woke my wife each time I turned over! The rest of our stay was great. And it is very close to Paddington Station, with easy access to/from LHR airport.
