My family were very pleased to find that the hotel accommodation was comfortable, clean and conveniently located. The staff were very polite and ensured that our toddler was also made comfortable in the room throughout the duration of our stay. I stayed in a room that was partially under the sidewalk, it was small but modern and it had a large walk in shower. It had all amenities and was cheap for a an area close to central London. And only a block from the underground .

Hotel called Merit rather than Oxford. Luckily I read the check instructions otherwise might have been wandering up and down street. Room looked to be recently refurbished, small but functional. It was a shame that the bed was a sofa bed so really creaky when sat on it - luckily it was fine through the night. AC worked a treat. Excellent location for Earls Court Underground.

Only tiny issue was that the air conditioning/ heating system was broken. However the staff fixed the issue straight away and were happy to help. I’d definitely stay here again. Ideal location to shops, restaurants and tube stops.

Couldn’t actually find the entrance as there’s no signage for Oxford hotel. Had to go in another hotel at the address and apparently they share a reception. Otherwise really good.
