Staff was one person who greeted us and gave us our key card, simple. Property is in a quiet area, but only a 2 minute walk to cafes, bars and shops. The room was small, two single beds and a small bathroom inc toilet, sink & shower, but adequate for our needs. There was tea & coffee facilities, though cups were a little small. Be warned, if you are on the top floor, as we were, the stairs are quite a climb. Saying that, it was a comfortable stay.

The "reseption" was not manned during night, and not all day. Breakfast was very simple, and the room and bathroom cramped. But more serious: No fire exit! We lived on the top floor, and if the narrow staircase was filled with smoke, the only escape would be to jump from the window and hit the concrete in the backyard. I don't understand how this "hotel" can run legally.

Great location and clean and friendly

Had a great time. Second time staying there. Comfortable and clean room. Basic breakfast was a nice touch. Locatiyis great if u wanna be near victoria coach or train for links. Definitely will be staying again.

Stayed at this hotel a few times now, convenient for Victoria stations, and a lovely little area of shops close by. Walkable to lots of attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy and breakfast is a bonus these days. Will definitely stay again.

We had a awful visit, on arrival dirty room very unkept, hairs,toenails and lots of dust. Requested a refund to find somewhere else to stay, took and showed pictures to reception, nothing happened.Promised to speak to manager and get back to us regarding a refund and still nothing. Would not recommend this hotel.

It certainly is a hotel. I mean - it was under £50 for a room for the night in Central London. You aren't going to get the Ritz! But it was a pretty clean room to spend a night, on a fairly quiet street near Victoria Station. Had a breakfast included which was enough to start a day. Can't argue with that!

DO NOT VISIT! We found bed bugs on the first night of our stay - tried to tell a staff member, but they weren't there at night (even though they advertise a 24 hour reception), so we had to stay in the room, got itchy all over. We told staff the next morning, they didn't seem to understand/care (be warned your room might have bed bugs if they didn't clean it yet), and we left immediately and found another hotel! Tried writing to them on hotels app, but they don't respond, tried writing to hotels.com support and they can't help us get our money back because they apparently can't reach the hotel manager... such a bad experience!!! :( Besides that; small rooms (almost no room to open suitcases), very hot during summer, lamps almost falling out the wall, kettle dirty, broken window.. We didn't stay long enough to try their breakfast.
