I totally understand London based hotels are generally more expensive that elsewhere in UK, £170 for one night booked 6 months ago is too much for the room we received, sadly the room needs modernisation- rusted shower pole, overly worn carpet, poor air con ( outside temp 26°) the hotel was fully booked when I enquired if they had another room. Its location is great being next door to the station and easy walking distance to Greenwich.
