Very friendly never really drunk there I was going to the theatre very clean handrail was loose I did let them know. Free popcorn when you arrive whenever you want it a photo machine free I don’t think people realised it was actually there. I had a massive discount of the room. £220 from £280 if it was around the £150 Mark I will be booking his hotel for London lots has you got a swimming pole? Didn’t use it cause I had a cold. But if this hotel was a little bit cheaper I’ll think it will be a winner and look at other hotels in the area but overall excellent

LOVED the warm pool, steam room & sauna! The robes were pure luxury. The bed was comfortable and clean & the blackout curtains actually worked! The HVAC was inconsistent—-hot then freezing then hot again, but overall a very nice stay. The location is ideal! Art is fun

Check in was chaotic as hotel system was down. Hotel did compensate with offering free Prosecco but we did not get checked in until 1640 so lost any time for relaxation which was a shame. Room was well appointed and clean but bathroom exceptionally small for an executive superking room. Rooms were also quite noisy
