The staff were friendly and helpful about the check in process and leaving our bags there while we was out for the day. We got to the room am there was rose petals and nicely done towels with ribbon on and a cheesecake on the side which was delicious but we didn’t ask for any of it. The bed was comfy. The towels were clean. All in all it was a good hotel and great location and views.

Ideal location, near Knightbridge tube station, and very convenient. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them, from welcoming us to the hotel to allowing us to keep our luggage in the hotel after checkout while we crammed the last bits of sightseeing in. Would definitely stay again, and thank you to all the staff for making our stay a lovely one.
