Stayed there in September with another couple. Can’t say enough about the terrific “ make over” from our earlier stay 5 years ago-and the new, very friendly & welcoming, young staff! The outside garden & eating area was likewise wonderfully improved, but really, the very engaging staff were simply, in a word, “fun”! We happened to play cards and other games in the lobby on many nights which drew in a number of staff who were intrigued and supplied us with great service re drinks and snacks! We look forward to returning to London, and without a doubt, we will be staying at Templeton Garden! Side note: we were so impressed and enamored of this Hotel Group that we have booked a week’s stay at one of their hotels in Vienna this Christmas! Bob & Julie

We stayed at the Miiro Templeton Garden for two nights and had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is immaculate and well appointed. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The location was great. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

There was a mix up with the breakfast, the app booking said it included free breakfast but that’s not the policy at the hotel. Hotel staff were fantastic and honoured the app booking claim of free breakfast. They would appreciate either contact or an update to the online details.

Our experience was disappointing, breakfast was hectic and poorly managed. The shower floor was very slippery plastic. We had an early morning flight home so we requested a breakfast box to go the day before our departure only to be informed in a curt manner that “they weren’t ready”. No, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, very convenient location

Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. We got a room with a view to the garden and it was beautiful. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant offers great options. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we are planning to come back again.

Ideal location for us to access the District Line and Picadilly Line. Enjoyed the café on the property (but too complicated for a buffet or special order breakfast 😅) Staff were kind. Cleaning staff were inconsistent and had to ask for items nearly every day. Overall, loved it.
