The staff were very welcoming and our room was amazing despite us choosing the “cozy” room it was quite big and had an amazing view of London. The complimentary hot chocolate, tea, coffee and biscuits were plentiful and the chocolates were a nice touch. We even had a complimentary drink at the bar. The shower was amazing. We will defintely be back!
