Finding the property and its proximity to local rail services was quick and easy. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, which was pleasant after a busy day in Central London. Close walks to local grocery stores made it nice to run out and grab some groceries for the week very convenient. Although the property is advertised as "luxury," we felt that this description was overstated. The furnishings were not as new as let on in the description, regardless of whether they are "designer." The gray couch looked worn and discolored, and the beds were uncomfortable. Waking up with back pain most mornings was not very pleasant. Additionally, the stovetop was difficult to light about 90% of the time. The pans were grimy and starting to rust due to the non-stick coating wearing off. We ended up buying our own pans at the local shop. Extra attention to these areas would make a significant difference in the feel of the property. The people responsible for cleaning the common areas of the building could pay some extra attention ensuring that the common areas are welcoming. This was one of the biggest turn-offs when entering the building.
