Patricia was a great host. I contacted her before my visit and she was always prompt to reply. She gave me some great hints on the local public transport which definitely facilitated my stay. There is a bus stop 50 m from the property leading to easy links to Central London. I would certainly consider visiting again

I by chance happened upon this home stay because I needed to be in the Orpington area, it sounded so much more welcoming than a travel lodge.
