This is the second time we have stayed at this property. This hotel is so conveniently located- a short walk to the Piccadilly tube line, great French coffee restaurants, Museum of Natural History, V&A Museum, Hyde Park and many more. The staff is so wonderful and the hotel is very clean. My only comment is that one of 2 elevators was broken the whole week we were there! Not an issue for us on the 3rd floor because we took the stairs but I can see this as a big issue for the folks staying on the 8th floor! Overall, I would stay here again the next time I'm in London!

The hotel was clean and well cared for. We chose the breakfast option in our package and it did not disappoint. They had everything you would need, and want, for breakfast. They even offer fresh made omelets, and poached eggs. They also offered gluten free options as well as gluten free bread. The room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping was second to none. The hotel was a short walk from Earls court underground (subway) station. The staff were friendly, courteous, and took care of our every whim. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you like the quieter areas to stay in, and if you want to be treated right! I give this hotel two thumbs 👍👍 way up.

Great Hotel

Quick no fuss check in, friendly receptionist, friendly bar staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner worked great on a really warm day. Fantastic shower and toiletries. Breakfast buffet was definitely better than most offerings at other hotels. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its facilities and location just a 5 minute walk from Gloucester Road underground station.

The air conditioning does not work. It was hotter in our room than outside. Unbearable - staff offered fans which circulated warm air. Many upset guests and no clear acknowledgement that the air condition is defunct. Location is nice but you must tube everywhere because nothing in terms of tourist attractions is close. Would not stay again.
