Noisy, not sound proofed at all as advertised.

The hotel advertises sound proofed rooms but they shouldn’t because they’re not. You can hear doors banging in the corridors all night and the incredibly busy 6 lane highway outside is very audible. The parking is a laughable £10 a night even though you can park all day, for free, in most surrounding streets. Breakfast offering is pretty varied but all components are of the most basic quality. Staff are very friendly.

Good value for money and good customer service

The location and price was very good. Value for money. The hotel room conditions probably needs a bit of attention e.g. the room door needs painting, ceiling wood cracks. The bed mattress seemed a bit worn and you could feel the springs. The staff were great and very helpful.
