The room was very nice and clean. The was a Nespresso coffee machine to use with capsules that were topped each day which was really nice. The beds were comfy , the breakfast was really good, with omelettes made to order. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend and I old stay again. Thanks.

The room had a stain on the curtain. It look like blood droplets. When we called they said it was paint but there was nothing around the area where it was that color. The bed was right next to it so we had to be careful to not sleep near it because of the potential of it to be blood.

Lovely stay at the Leonardo St Paul’s. The room was lovely with a view of the London Eye etc and was well equipped. The breakfast choice was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Isabella on reception, Jackson in the restaurant and Ana and Ismail in the spa. Ana particularly went out of her way to be helpful.

The room was clean and spacious. I was happy to have a shower and tub. Great location! I partially chose this hotel for the spa. It was nice but too busy with hotel and non-hotel guests and too many people in the pool, sauna and steam. It was noisy. I did not get champagne at check in. I think it is only for limited hours.
