Staff were really friendly and so helpful. Fantastic location and safe area to walk around in the evening. Breakfast was good. Twin room was small but perfectly fine for an overnight stay and very clean. Would definitely stay here again

Our room was clean, but slightly small despite having a superior room. Apart from this we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good with decent choices. Staff were generally excellent all round. We would stay here again.

Our room was in basement which was clean and tidy. We was unable to close the window so noise from outside into Early hours was testing. Location of hotel excellent walking distance from King’s Cross train station and walking distance into main section of city ( Oxford street ).

No A/C, rooms at the basement terrible with no chance to ventilate it properly and with smoking hotel staff half a meter from your window. No water in a room, you have to ask the reception to bring it. Four star hotel should have such amenity.
