Location exceptional. Staff very polite and helpful. Room was squashed and old fashioned with a smell of smoke and a noisy fire sensor and aircon. Overall I would stay again as location is perfect.

Fabulous hotel just off Oxford Street. Spotlessly clean throughout, staff were great, every single one of them, only downside was room was a little on the small side, and breakfast could have been hotter, but will certainly stop again.

Hotel was nice but felt a bit claustrophobic with breakfast room and outdoor area of bar. Breakfast very disappointing as canned fruit these days in an otherwise decent hotel is a poor mark and reflection on the overall product offering.
