We had a nice stay. Due to renovation both the restaurant and other facilities were closed. A bit disappointing that no toilet was available in the lobby during restorations. Ok room with daily room service. Good air conditioning. Quiet area. Helpful and welcoming staff. Would stay here again.

Although the hotel was undergoing some renovations - the staff more than made up for it. Everyone was so helpful and greeted you every day - I will definitely stay here again, and looking forward to seeing it once all the renovations are completed.

Great location, close to Kensington Gardens - within walking distance of Paddington Railway Station, and Queensway Tube. Plenty of grocery shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Amazingly quiet street, just off busy Bayswater Road. Room and beds OK. Clean. Bathroom a tad olde worlde, but clean and fully functional. Friendly reception staff. Recommendable.

The hotel location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small with old carpet and a horrible shower. TV in a location difficult to watch. We didn’t spend any time in the room but to sleep.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The reception area and room were very cool, considering it was one of the hottest days of the year. The staff were very freindly and provided extra tea and coffee for the room when we asked. The room was showing signs of wear and taer, but I believe they are currently refurbishing. This didn't detract in anyway from the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Despite being very close to Hyde Park, the room was very quiet at night. I would recommend and I would happily stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, polite & helpful the building is going through renovations by the looks of it we stayed in an older room We stayed when it was very hot the ac sort of worked but not great Everything was OK but not stunning hopefully when the renovations are finished it will be a great hotel We would probably stay there again the location is amazing N a side note don’t use the corner shops around the corner from the hotel prices are very expensive use the garage instead which is just down the road

The hotel is in an excellent area and this was a huge plus. Unfortunately the hotel itself is undergoing a massive renovation and our room was very old and dated and felt put together at the last moment. I have no doubts once the renovations are complete it will be a five star stay again!

overall good stay in a good location (close to queensway and bayswater). aircon was slow to cool down however did the job. staff were helpful esp when our toilet stopped working and we were offered another room to use the bathroom. overall clean room with sufficient space for medium sized luggage. also close to Santander cycle stand. not as close to laundry though - do not recommend lancaster deli laundry service (dryer took so long for clothes).
