The breakfast selection was very good and the staff kept it well stocked and everything cleaned up. The bed was comfy and all was clean. It was nice to have parking, but a little tricky. The staff was so friendly and kind!

Not having a fixed air conditioner unit allowed excessive noise into the room, bed was very hard and uncomfortable, bathroom needs renovation. Breakfast was good and reception helpful.

The location of this hotel is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the Earl’s Court tine station and a 15 minute walk to the Natural History and V &A Museums. The hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious and the staff are attentive to guest requests. My wife and I would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to London.

The rooms look very outdated and they look like they need to be updated. The AC in the room barely worked, we were sweating most of the time. The air in the rooms also wasn’t very good. They had an air purifier but it barely worked. A decent cheap option but it needs an update. The staff were very nice though.

Very old property. Bathroom shower made a noise of some sort with noticeable black stuff in the seals. Trash outside was noisy. The staff knocked on the door a few times asking when we will check out.. this was around 1030 and check out at 11. Will not recommend.

Room and toilet very tidy. Friendly staff. Breakfast had loads of options and healthy too. I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay there when next I visit London. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay in London.

Overbooked and was moved to an apartment.

The hotel was actually overbooked as their systems hadn't caught up when I booked. They phoned in advance and put me up in an apartment down the road. Was more than adequate and the bonus was I got to have a shower after having run a half marathon in the morning as the hotel agreed to extend my checkout time and leave my luggage in the apartment. Wasn't what I'd planned but worked out better for me. The lady on the reception at the hotel was very nice and apologetic so all good as far as I'm concerned. Can't vouch for the actual hotel itself though.
