I had a room facing the main road. The hotel mentions this in their online description, but it can be noisy throughout the night (especially on weekends), which leads to interrupted sleep. Small rooms by US standards. Otherwise, nice property.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was located near two tube stations and small restaurants. The room was cleaned every day. (Still, we would have appreciated a toilet brush and single duvets for everyone instead of one duvet for two.) Our good night sleep was saved by the air conditioner. Breakfast was excellent as well as service in the breakfast hall.

Great value mid-tier hotel in Kensington area of central London. Had a clean, spacious room; bit of road noise but to be expected in London. Really helpful front of house staff and good value buffet breakfast. Convenient for Hyde Park, the museums, and Knightsbridge (Harrods). Underground station a few minutes walk away too. Would stay again if looking for this part of the city.
