We were 3 guests and we had an amazing suite with 2 bedrooms. Everything was clean and had everything needed for the stay. Staff was amazing and polite. Location couldn't be better, especially if you need to travel early in the morning from st pancras or Kings cross.

Room very small, room very warm, sink was in the room and not with the shower and toilet, very noisy outside, very noisy inside too (you could hear guests in other rooms) and beds were small. It was only booked for an overnight stay, it was extremely expensive for the room etc. I would add that the cost is high due to the location (as it is so close to St Pancras amd Kings Cross). But, still very disappointed.

Location is excellent, and front desk staff were friendly and polite. They agreed to hold our luggage for the day after checking out. The main issue I had was the lack of a do not disturb sign, which meant my room was turned over while I was out. I never opt for this service in hotels and would have appreciated a sign to avoid this situation. Rooms and passageways were small but to be expected for such a central location.
