Apartment was clean and well equipped but not quite up to the standard as indicated by the photographs and description. Communication with host was patchy, she did not always respond to messages. Coffee maker was not working - this was reported within an hour of our arrival but no replacement was offered, a serious problem for dedicated coffee drinkers. Someone entered the property and removed a bed while we were out, without our knowledge or approval - this caused us major concerns about security in the apartment. The key box was easily located but did not work well, had to leave key inside the apartment on departure as we could not get it to open.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, cozy, and even better than the photos. The location was perfect — quiet yet close to everything I needed.What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, responding quickly to any questions and offering helpful local suggestions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and stress-free stay!

The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay outside of the city. The location is a little off the path. There is a VERY narrow path to get to it, with a high brick wall and construction and scaffolding. It’s very dark at night to navigate down to the flat. Once we got used to that and the slightly dodgy neighborhood we had no trouble figuring out the busses to London (about 25 min ride) and to Waterloo station to take the train to other places (Richmond!). We had no internet connection our first day and 1/2 but Angel was great in communicating with me and fixing the issue as fast as she could. Being from the USA it was our only means of communicating, so I appreciate her being so helpful. It was perfectly equipped for everything we needed. There is no longer a couch, but two day beds in the living area. The washer/dryer were great! Nice to come home with clean laundry!!

Great place

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is exactly like the description online. For us it was a little tricky to find the key and get in but after we’ve found it, there were no problems. Communication with Angel was great. She answered very fast. A lock inside at the door would be cool though, so you can lock the door extra. With the busses you are in the Centre in Like 40 minutes. Overall a very nice stay, would do it again.

Le logement était facile d’accès en bus mais loin du métro (30 mn). Tout le nécessaire était à disposition sur place excepté le papier toilette…ce qui était un peu gênant après un long voyage. Photos conformes à l’appartement mais pas de canapé.
