It was the check in, i had a problem with, the room was good. Arrived a bit early so asked if i could store my luggage and after sitting to get there was looking forward to going for a walk, then get something to eat for lunch, Well, she said my room was done so took all my luggage up to my room to find the bed wasn't made, so asked the girl and she understood not a word of English, took me a while to act out what i was saying, hoping she may contact the desk, to see if there was another room. In the end i just said don't worry i'll tote all this back downstairs. She did find another room, so up i went again with fingers crossed. My luggage was a big, heavy suitcase and back pack for 21 days and being 77 years old was not happy

Easy to take a shuttle to from Heathrow for an overnight layover. Friendly and easy check in. Nice staff while I hung out in the restaurant/bar area. The hotel was all decked out for Halloween making a cozy atmosphere for a quick stay.
