Room clean and organised. No bottled water in the room which would of been good. However yes we did just use the tap. Kettle had been washed with some sort of soap qnd took a lot of rinsing and boilingbefpre we could use.

Bed so comfy, room quiet as resquested but there was a dreadful smell in the room, we had to leave the window open all day to freshen it up, smelt like a wet dog! Also carpet wasn’t very clean lots of bits and crumbs from precious guests. Breakfast good variety but hot items cold and dry. Plenty of helpful staff around downstairs. Bar area very busy and noisy to relax in during evening so took our drink up stairs.
