Poor quality air conditioning. The receptionist/check-in staff was very welcoming.The room never got cool though 2 front desk staff said they would amend the control from downstairs but it did not get cooler. Meanwhile no windoows

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We’ve never stayed in that area before but we found it perfect! It was quiet and a close walk to the tube station. Will stay here again!

So this was the smallest room ever. I was very well designed but the bed was up against the wall which wasn't so good for the inner person to use the loo at night. I'd recommend for one but suggest a bigger room for two experiencing jetlag.

Really great customer service from staff especially Meera. This hotel is very walkable to Edgeware Road station and Marylebone station. Need to pay for earlier check in time (11am) but they can take your luggage if you want to go out in the meantime.

Breakfast was great in the hotel but overpriced for what I ate. Overall good location when using public transit. The rooms are quite small though - and I even upgraded to a deluxe room.

Super clean. High premium bedding. Comfy bed 10/10. I’m a Germaine and this place met my standards. My room didn’t really have a window. It felt a little to enclosed. I’d stay again for one night or two.

I'm going to list some pro's and con's to help you decide if this hotel is right for you. The beds are very hard. Very. If you like rock hard beds then you’ll enjoy these. I heard a lady comment at breakfast that she liked hard beds. So she liked it. I on the other hand can't stand up straight I'm so sore. It ruined our trip. The rooms are small. We didn't mind that part. We paid for a window and didn't get it but that's just a staffing issue. The bathroom sink sprays you every time you use the sink. It splashes all over even with the water barely turned on. If you don’t mind that then this room is for you. The shower doesn’t have a full door so every shower means the whole bathroom floor will be a puddle. This might be something some people don't mind. We did. The staff are very hit and miss. Some are nice. Some are quite rude. I heard numerous guests discussing how they had met some great staff and some truly awful staff. They have something going that is a straight up scam too. They charge people to check in early. Our flight was early so we had a 4 hour wait to check in. They told us we couldn't pay to check in early because they had over 100 people already pay. In the entire check-in period we counted 2 people check in early. They are pocketing a lot of money and promote it heavily in their lobby to ask an attendent if you want to check in early. I had called in 2 days before and the staff said we can just pay 10 quid per person when we get there to check in.
