Clean and functional, this lower budget hotel is so practical (100m from Kings Cross and St Pancras), and was ideal for someone looking for a safe, practical stop in London. Would definitely use again.

The property was lovely, all very clean and the bed was very comfortable. No lift, but for me not a problem, and no aircon but again not a problem for me as the shark fan was ample enough to keep me cool! Really great find in an excellent location - will definitely visit again!

We chose this accommodation as it was close to Kings Cross Railway station. We required 2 one night stays before and after a holiday. The hotel is in a perfect location clean and well presented. The room was a bit small but exactly what we required. Will use again. There are good local pubs with 5 mins who serve very good food.
