The room was tidy and sufficient. Staff was friendly. While they were in the middle of an ownership transfer they did well making our stay almost perfect. The hotel was located in Winchester, close to city sites, tube, and bus stations so we had no problem getting around and enjoying the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The room was always very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I really enjoyed staying at the Hotel Riu Plaza London. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The room was spotless and housekeeping was superior. The breakfast was wonderful and service in the dining room was great. I will return when I next visit London.
