Hotel Lillie is a very basic hotel , but you get what you pay for . It was clean and served a purpose. It is ideally located for transport to the theatres etc . Been twice because it’s so cheap .

Sheets were clean on the bed. That’s the nicest thing I can say. The hotel is in such a bad condition, exposed ceilings in common areas and in both rooms we had, the bathroom sinks were backed up and it just all felt terribly dirty and not taken care of at all. Dirty table in room and just not a nice place.

This hotel was like a nightmare. Dingy, broken lift, flickering lights in the hall, damaged wall in room, marked/stained curtains, a red tinted light above the bed and a noise that repeated for the entire stay that sounded like a boiler starting up. It was cheap but really poor. Not a nice place to stay

What a dirty room, windows didn’t lock cos the handles were broken off and left on the window ledge. The walls had foam infill to patch up cracks. The toilet ran constantly all night and the traffic noise from outside was horrendous all night. Other than that it was a real dump.
