I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property was incredibly clean, and I loved that I could open the windows to let in some fresh air—a rare and refreshing feature for London. We loved our stay here, the room was large for London with high ceilings, a lovely view, and a comfy bed. The location is top-notch, steps to Earl's Court tube station and loads of shops and cafes (the Blackbird pub on the corner was wonderful) but off the noisy main street. We did have one hiccup where the hotel lost water for a couple of hours one morning, which delayed our plans, but the staff were nice about it and everything else too.
