I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property was incredibly clean, and I loved that I could open the windows to let in some fresh air—a rare and refreshing feature for London. The location is perfect, Earl’s Court Station is just a few steps away. The staff was so kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Patrick for his exceptional kindness . Highly recommended!

The room was lovely and breakfast was perfect, everything was always refreshed quickly. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was ideally situated for amenities close by, with a very short walk to the underground. We would definitely come back!

Brilliant hotel. Almost feels like a 5 star! For the high standard and location of the hotel, it is well worth the price! Staff were very helpful, Room was very clean, massive bathroom and a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kensington.

We loved our stay here, the room was large for London with high ceilings, a lovely view, and a comfy bed. The location is top-notch, steps to Earl's Court tube station and loads of shops and cafes (the Blackbird pub on the corner was wonderful) but off the noisy main street. We did have one hiccup where the hotel lost water for a couple of hours one morning, which delayed our plans, but the staff were nice about it and everything else too.
