The staff was fantastic—helpful and friendly. The common areas downstairs were lovely. However, the room's condition was disappointing. The floors and the lower part of the walls had many scuff marks. Overall, the condition of the room was not what was expected for the high price of our stay. It could use a refresher in its condition and decor.

Clean room with a fantastic shower! The 2 things about the Holmes Hotel that inliked the best: 1) the staff was very friendly and helpful, all the time, even when I asked dumb questions. 2) the shower is big and the water is hot.

It was my first time in London and if I return I will definitely return. Room was of a good size compared with the small rooms of London. Nice Decoration in all the Hotel.
