I stayed at this hotel for 10 days in August 2026. The staff was very accommodating. It responded well to my requests and made good efforts to make me comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse. There was a good range of options, so one was able to eat well. The bar opened late into the night, making it easy to have a drink or two to wrap up a good day in East London. The location of this hotel is excellent for getting to great locations in Stratford. Oh, housekeeping was also excellent. It was done every day, and a supervisor came around to make sure it was done. When I am in East London again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I have only good things to say about how this hotel was run during my stay there.

Room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay, it was very warm so air conditioning could have been better - but better than none! Breakfast was good even when busy, staff were very efficient at clearing tables to make sure service was quick. Overall would recommend and stay again if in area. Excellent location for ABBA voyage!
