The location in London near the Hammersmith Underground stations is a very positive feature. My only dissappoinment was a breakfast buffet--though ample--was the same each day and frankly not worth boasting about.

Brutal Stay!

Not a great service from start to finish. Receptionist couldn’t understand what our Surname was (even after spelling it out)! Four of us staying but only three towels! When I went down to ask Reception about it I was asked “do you want it now?” so had to go get myself! Room walls were paper-thin, beds rubbish and don’t even start us on the (lack of) air conditioning! Bin lorry came on one of the nights around 3am to get all the glass - 3am! C’mon! We won’t be back that’s for sure!

Walking from the nearest underground was not reassuring upon arrival although I got used to it. it didnt feel very safe. The hotel entrance is not on main street but down an alley and I wasnt sure where it was. The hotel is quite dark. The rooms are also quite dark and too warm. It was not possible to adjust the temperature in the room. Also no restaurant and no mini fridge.On the other hand the staff were nice and tried to please.

Holiday Inn Express very convenient. Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Clean. Good breakfast. Only problem was the bed which was two single mattresses put together to make one super king bed. Very uncomfortable. Unusual for this hotel.

Holiday Inn Express in Hammersmith is awesome! It's in a great location (walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops) and the breakfast options are expansive for being included in the nightly rate. Staff are super friendly. Location is close to several parks and Underground stops. We would stay here on our next visit!

Friends Vacationing in the UK

Room was clean but small. Hotel inside and out very clean. Staff was amazing, can't say enough, as they couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating. Nadia on the front desk was extremely helpful. Great breakfast. Location was perfect, 10 minute walk to the tube, lots of places close by to shop and dine. Area is very nice and safe. Highly recommend staying here. This is my second time staying here and it did not disappoint.

This property is very convenient. It is walking distance to Hammersmith station for Tube and buses. Its midway between the airport and downtown. It has good dining options around the hotel. The rooms of the hotel are a little small for families with older kids. Once the sofa bed is unfolded, there is no room to walk around.

Stayed at the Standard Room for two nights. - Convenient location close to dining and public transport - Lady at the front desk was kind and accommodated our request for a different room (the window in our originally assigned room did not open) - Room was reasonably sized with a functional temperature control system. The small couch by the bed was convenient - Some minor issues/flaws we noticed: old stains on the carpet, a couple hairs on the shower floor / walls, small broken pieces of floor tiles on the bathroom floor - The bathroom toilet has a rather violent flush, which can splash water onto the seat and floor -- certainly not ideal
