Check in quick and easy. Corridors look tired with stained carpet but clean. Room was a good size, carpet was stained but clean. Bed was very comfortable but pillows were lumpy. Air conditioning although supplied wouldn’t take the temperature down low enough and turned off at night. Window does open. Bathroom clean and supplied with liquid soap and shampoo (Dove) no conditioner but I believe you can ask reception for it. Breakfast is included in the price, plenty of choice, something for everyone. Only complaint coffee not very good quality. Would I stay here again? Yes if attending an event in Hammersmith. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes if attending an event in Hammersmith.

The room was very comfortable with plenty of space and a well fitted out bathroom (inc a shaver point!). However, the air conditioning didn't seem able to get the temperaure down to the specified level, so it was bit warm for sleeping.

The location in London near the Hammersmith Underground stations is a very positive feature. My only dissappoinment was a breakfast buffet--though ample--was the same each day and frankly not worth boasting about.

Brutal Stay!

Not a great service from start to finish. Receptionist couldn’t understand what our Surname was (even after spelling it out)! Four of us staying but only three towels! When I went down to ask Reception about it I was asked “do you want it now?” so had to go get myself! Room walls were paper-thin, beds rubbish and don’t even start us on the (lack of) air conditioning! Bin lorry came on one of the nights around 3am to get all the glass - 3am! C’mon! We won’t be back that’s for sure!

Walking from the nearest underground was not reassuring upon arrival although I got used to it. it didnt feel very safe. The hotel entrance is not on main street but down an alley and I wasnt sure where it was. The hotel is quite dark. The rooms are also quite dark and too warm. It was not possible to adjust the temperature in the room. Also no restaurant and no mini fridge.On the other hand the staff were nice and tried to please.
