Staff were very friendly. The room was clean however there was a Kitkat wrapper left by the bed and one of the towels had a make-up stain on it which was a bit grim (and it wasn't small!). Other than that it was really clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Nice clean room, a little cramped, didn’t realise we were in an accessible room. The bathroom was a wet room based unit. There was little space to put toiletries or makeup products. Lighting was poor for putting makeup on, and a mirror over the desk area would have been better.
