Excellent service and helpful staff at check in and were brilliant with our kids, however the rest of our stay was average service, can’t really comment as it was nothing special or above and beyond. Room was a good temperature and bed was very clean and made well. Sofa bed however was very very uncomfortable and not a standard double so our son fell out twice during the night. Bathroom was a little disappointing, mould and dirt around the shower basin and the bathroom smelt unpleasant. Also no bin bags any of the bins. Overall room was satisfactory and stay on arrival were great but the rest of the stay and breakfast was just average and we could have spent the same amount of money somewhere a little more luxurious with more competent staff.
