I bought my parents a night away for Christmas. Upon arrival they were offered an upgrade by a friendly staff member. They gratefully accepted! They were upgraded to an executive suite which overlooked Wembley. It made their stay super special, they were so chuffed and also said the breakfast was lovely - the picture they showed me made my mouth water! Thank you for making their trip special :)

I'm totally blown away by this place, upgraded to an Executive room which was amazing. We did have a problem with the TV which we couldn't use or turn off overnight but the hotel refunded us the cost of our breakfast & parking with no quibble. If your staying here I highly recommend you to take advantage of the Sky bar on the 9th floor, absolutely stunning & the drinks are cheaper than the Arena! Fantastic buffet breakfast & welcoming staff, nowhere comes close if your visiting the Stadium or Arena plus it's right next door to London Designer Outlet Village for some Christmas shopping as well. The only place to stay if in the area for the true VIP experience plus really cheap parking in the secure Gold car park. Congratulations on making our night away truly special👍
